Mojo .40
(Model No. 56)

This is a Paul Swanson designed and kitted profile model which I imported from the USA.
Shipping, handling charges and taxes almost doubled the cost - but the excellent flying characteristics have more than made-up for this!

This model began life with a Thunder Tiger Pro .46 2-st engine up-front - not powerful enough and too noisy

Next I fitted an ASP .61 4-st - which was much better, but even more power was needed, so finally I fitted a Saito .72 4-st . . . perfect!

Mojo is a great 3D flier and will prop-hang almost "hands-off" -  making it perhaps just a little too easy?

It does absolutely anything I ask it to do (and very easily too)

My favourite maneouver at the moment is "Hovering on The Wind - In Knife-Edge." Whilst doing this in anything more than a slight breeze the model can be made to travel backwards down the strip - still in k.e. It looks really silly, but I like it!

Mojo is great for doing "elevators" too. I take the model very high right over the strip, and then (with spoilerons linked to high-rate elevator) I can make it sink vertically right down to a nose-high vertical landing on the strip - tail-wheel touching-down long before the mains . . . love it!

Blenders are a dream and it does the tightest loops and bunts I've ever seen!

What more could one ask for - except for some "good looks" of course . . . . although the ugliness of the beast is now starting to "grow on me!"
