The model was originally fitted with an old Laser .91, but this engine didn't have enough power to fly the model "positively" enough. It now has a new 4-stroke ASP 1.20 engine, which has made a massive difference to the flying. Now it takes-off with power to spare, and once at altitude I can throttle back and enjoy watching this realistic-looking model puttering-around the sky. It makes a nice relaxing change from the rest of my models
To make rigging-up easier I converted the wing strut fittings to "wing-nuts" at the fuz end, and model car body retaining clips through nylon bolts at the wing end:
